By using AUREUS & ARGENT services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

AUREUS & ARGENT provides the following services:

Purchase of gold, silver, jewelry, and other valuables
Collateral-based loans
Professional appraisal services
Secure storage for pawned items

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Provide valid government-issued identification
Be the legal owner of items presented for sale or pawn
Provide accurate and truthful information

Pawn Loans

Our pawn loan terms include:

Standard loan period of 30 days
Interest rates disclosed at time of loan
Option to extend by paying interest due
Items may be forfeited if loan is not repaid or extended

Pricing and Payment

All prices are based on current market values and item condition. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction. Payment for purchases is made in cash at time of transaction.

Limitation of Liability

AUREUS & ARGENT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thessaloniki.
